Refund Policy

Effective date: April 25, 2026

License Feed does not offer refunds.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing portal inside your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

The 14-day free trial gives you ample opportunity to evaluate the product before any charges occur. No card is charged during the trial period.

If you have a billing dispute — a charge you did not authorize, a double billing, or any other billing error — email jason@licensefeed.com and we will respond within 1 business day.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  3. Click “Manage billing” to open the Stripe portal
  4. Select “Cancel plan”

Your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
