Common questions
What's the difference between the two plans?
Same data, same map, same xlsx, same support. The price reflects who you are. Distributor reps work the new accounts directly with portfolios of dozens of brands and benefit most from being first in the door, so they pay the full rate. Supplier and brand reps usually have smaller territories and tighter budgets, so we keep their seat at $197. Pick whichever describes you. We don't police it.
Why $497 / $197?
License Feed requires significant manual work each week to verify and enrich listings before delivery. The pricing reflects what it costs to do that work reliably while staying affordable for both sides of the business. If it doesn't pay for itself in one new account, cancel.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Month-to-month keeps it low-risk for you. If you want to discuss volume, team access, or invoicing, email jason@licensefeed.com.
What about teams or multi-market access?
That's the Enterprise plan. Email jason@licensefeed.com and we'll scope it together — team seats, multiple markets, custom data cuts, and PO terms are all on the table.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Billing portal inside your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No refunds — see the refund policy.
How accurate is the data?
Listings are cross-checked before each Monday delivery. No dataset is perfect, but we flag anything that looks incomplete and update it the following week. If you spot an error, email us and we'll correct it.
Where does the data come from?
Public NYC venue records, verified and enriched. We do the work of finding the new ones each week so your team doesn't have to.
